Executive - International Sales Location: Pune
Job Description
- Participation in business
planning, marketing, sales strategy formulation & analysis for
assessment of revenue potential in a particular overseas market/ markets.
- Assisting in sales
forecasting and product pricing in assigned territories.
- Implementation of
sales strategy to achieve sales targets for allotted international
territory.
- Implementing sales
promotional activities in assigned territories.
- Undertaking regular
follow ups with customers to understand and update market situation,
competitor strategy, tender participation.
- Playing supportive
role in all printing/electronic communication- Proforma Invoices,
Quotations, Brochures, Catalogues, Price List
- Business Travel-
International for business generation and exploring new markets.
- Market mapping,
Gathering & updation of user database, market intelligence, product
demonstrations to users / distributor partners.
- Compilation of
various reports in prescribed format for periodic sales review.
- Co-ordination with
manufacturing, logistics, commercial and accounts for most efficient and
effective processing of orders and payments.
- Coordinating visits

- Participation in
international events - Pre / Post event modalities and follow up as and
when required.

- Developing
international surgeon network in allotted international territory.
- Provide assistance during
surgeries as and when necessary.
Core Competency
- Graduate.
- International
exposure ( traveling and/or work experience) is mandatory
- Experience in selling
Medical devices (ideally ortho implants) will be an added advantage
- Ability to work
cohesively in a team, and efficiently play complimenting role with team
members.
- Fluency in written /
oral (accent-free) communication & inter-personal relationship is
mandatory.
- Well versed with MS
office specially Excel & PowerPoint.
- Internet savvy, proficient
with Outlook Express
- Manage international
travel independently.
