Sales Executive - Domestic

Location: Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur, Ranchi, Varanasi, Chandigarh & Lucknow

Experience:     Min. 3 Years

Job Description     

01. Meeting 'Business objectives and sales targets' for the territory.

02. Accountable for achievement of sales targets to large institutions and government hospitals

      in the territory.

03. Analyzing market potential of the territory, completion therein and executing market

      penetration in the given territory.

04. Promotion of company products to the end users within the given territory.

05. Ensuring stock availability with the distributors within the territory.

06. Ensuring performance of distributor and its sales team with respect to service to end users as

      well as promotional activities.

07. Updating self and maintaining information related to end users and competitors.

08. Representing the company in scientific conferences, seminars and workshops.

09. Reporting and maintaining information pertaining to day-to-day work & official visits.

Desired Candidate Profile

01. Bachelor’s/Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing; relevant experience

      in lieu of degree will be considered.

02. Requires a minimum of 2-3 years experience in sales.

03. Requires the ability to be on call 24 hours a day / 7 days per week.

04. Requires ability to work within a fast paced, high growth, dynamic environment.

05. Should be an enthusiastic, dynamic with good communication and presentation skills.

06. Requires good business sense and business acumen.

07. Prior experience in the medical device industry / health care industry will be an advantage.

08. Requires the ability to meet deadlines, frequent assignment changes, periodic heavy

      workload, rapidly changing technology and dynamic business growth.

Executive - International Sales
Location: Pune

Job Description

  • Participation in business planning, marketing, sales strategy formulation & analysis for assessment of revenue potential in a particular overseas market/ markets.
  • Assisting in sales forecasting and product pricing in assigned territories.
  • Implementation of sales strategy to achieve sales targets for allotted international territory.
  • Implementing sales promotional activities in assigned territories.
  • Undertaking regular follow ups with customers to understand and update market situation, competitor strategy, tender participation.
  • Playing supportive role in all printing/electronic communication- Proforma Invoices, Quotations, Brochures, Catalogues, Price List
  • Business Travel- International for business generation and exploring new markets.
  • Market mapping, Gathering & updation of user database, market intelligence, product demonstrations to users / distributor partners.
  • Compilation of various reports in prescribed format for periodic sales review.
  • Co-ordination with manufacturing, logistics, commercial and accounts for most efficient and effective processing of orders and payments.
  • Coordinating visits of international guests to Sushrut Corporate Office/ Sushrut Learning Center.
  • Participation in international events - Pre / Post event modalities and follow up as and when required.
  • Participation at trainings & workshops at Sushrut Learning Center.
  • Developing international surgeon network in allotted international territory.
  • Provide assistance during surgeries as and when necessary.

Core Competency

  • Graduate.
  • International exposure ( traveling and/or work experience) is mandatory
  • Experience in selling Medical devices (ideally ortho implants) will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work cohesively in a team, and efficiently play complimenting role with team members.
  • Fluency in written / oral (accent-free) communication & inter-personal relationship is mandatory.
  • Well versed with MS office specially Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Internet savvy, proficient with Outlook Express
  • Manage international travel independently.
  • Would be required to be contactable 24x7 for client support.

Product Manager

Job Description     
01. Developing Business and meeting 'Business objectives and sales targets' for the territory.
02. Directly accountable for achievement of business objectives and sales targets to
      large institutions and government hospitals in the territory
03. Motivating and ensuring performance of distributors and distributor sales
      teams within the designated region.
04. Analyzing market, competition, distributor coverage and market penetration.
05. Strengthening distributor network.
06. Identifying new markets, areas of potential business growth within the region
      and the peripheries.
07. Updating self and maintaining information related to end users and competitors.
08. Presenting the company in scientific conferences, seminars and workshops.
09. Reporting, creating and maintaining information pertaining to day-to-day work & official visits.
 
Desired Candidate Profile
01. Bachelor’s/Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering,
      or Product development required; relevant experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
02. Requires a minimum of five (5) years sales experience with at least 1-2 years of
      supervisory experience.
03. Requires the ability to be on call 24 hours a day/7 days per week.

      dynamic environment.
05. Should be an enthusiastic, dynamic, assertive individual with technical-oriented leadership ability

Product Specialist - Spine
Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore & Lucknow
Experience:     Min. 3 Years
Job Description     
01. Accountable for sales, new customer acquisition and market development activities.
02. Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with top spine surgeons in the territory.
03. Providing in surgery service support to users.
04. Continuously updating self on product and procedure knowledge to enable high quality
      in surgery service.
06. Promoting and participating in continuing surgeon education activities.
07. Organizing local events to increase procedural awareness in local surgeon communities.
08. Facilitating and enabling small group sessions with dry bone hands on workshops
      involving key surgeons.
09. Close coordination with distributors and distributor sales teams, training and
      upgradation of distributor sales teams.
10. Monitoring competitor activities and updating management.
11. Representing the company in conferences, seminars, exhibitions and other events.
12. Exploring and creating new business opportunities.
 
Desired candidate Profile
01. Definite ability to grasp technical information related to surgical procedures and
      product application.
02. Mechanical aptitude related to high comfort with handling and demonstrating complex
      surgical instrumentation with ease.
03. Good communication skills.
04. Very strong customer orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction through
      top quality customer care.
