01. Accountable for sales, new customer
acquisition and market development activities. |

02. Developing and maintaining excellent
relationships with top spine surgeons in the territory. |

03. Providing in surgery service support to
users. |
|
04. Continuously updating self on product and
procedure knowledge to enable high quality |
|
in surgery
service. |
|
06. Promoting and participating in continuing
surgeon education activities. |
|
07. Organizing local events to increase
procedural awareness in local surgeon communities. |
|
08. Facilitating and enabling small group
sessions with dry bone hands on workshops |
|
involving key
surgeons. |
|
09. Close coordination with distributors and
distributor sales teams, training and |
|
upgradation of
distributor sales teams. |
|
10. Monitoring competitor activities and updating
management. |
|
11. Representing the company in conferences,
seminars, exhibitions and other events. |
|
12. Exploring and creating new business
opportunities. |
|

01. Definite ability to grasp technical
information related to surgical procedures and |

product
application. |

02. Mechanical aptitude related to high comfort
with handling and demonstrating complex |

surgical instrumentation with ease. |

commitment to customer satisfaction through |

top quality customer care. |
